Most recently, I worked as a Principal Product Designer at Injoy, an AI-powered mobile app and microbiome testing company.

Boosting Engagement: Redesigning the Injoy App Core Experience
As Principal Product Designer at Injoy, I led the strategic redesign of our microbiome health tracker. By overhauling core flows like onboarding and check-in, we tackled foundational usability issues. The result was a 14% improvement in user retention, increased active users, and a more cohesive product experience aligning digital interface with physical packaging.
Operationalizing Design: Rebuilding Processes and Product for Nature Counter
This project details how I rebuilt the entire design operation for the Nature Counter app, establishing critical processes for stakeholder alignment, cross-functional workshops, and team management. I drove the product from concept to a stable MVP release, demonstrating how structured design leadership can operationalize a vision and deliver measurable reliability, even with limited resources.
Grindr: Streamlining Data Access from Manual to Automated UX
A case study on moving Grindr's data access from a manual, agent-dependent process to a self-serve, automated in-app solution. I led the UX design and strategy to ensure GDPR compliance and boost efficiency. The outcome was a robust, secure flow that successfully handled high user demand with 100% reliability and zero failed requests.
